AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped the day after processing day. Modifications and cancellations are not possible once order has been placed in the system so please make sure you are selecting the correct make/model/colour during ordering.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China, please allow extra time for processing orders during holiday seasons.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your purchase has been shipped, this email will contain your tracking number which you can use to track your order. Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs charges for international orders.

Tracking

As the receiver you are responsible for tracking and submitting any required information to the courier or customs. If your parcel is returned to sender due to not submitting required information or following up requests for information then you will not receive a refund or replacement product.

Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional information or documents to clear your package, which may result in a delay in estimated delivery times.

Your package will be delivered by your local postal service so will arrive in the usual mail. If you are not home to sign for your package you may receive a missed-call card giving you information of how your package can be collected.

Will I Be Charged For Custom Charges And Taxes?

The product price displayed on our website are tax-free in Euro, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by Gadget Idol. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on charges please contact your local customs office.
